
We have partnered with an established web hosting provider, Zomex who have taken over our web hosting services. I am looking to retire from the day to day running of Redwood Host but will remain a partner with Zomex. They have over 15 years experience providing their own web hosting service and have a reputation for high quality support and reliability. As a result, you will not need to migrate to a new company and no action is required. Your service will and is continuing as normal without any change to your price or terms.
As part of this partnership all hosting accounts were moved to a new, faster and more feature rich server that includes daily account backups. This move is now completed.
Your client account has also been moved to Zomex. They will have sent you an email containing your account login which is used to access your account, manage your hosting service, manage payments, request support and more.
